I want to take this opportunity to thank every client, supported, friend, family, sitter and role-players for being a part of this journey with us
As some of you might know, almost a year ago, I went from one of the house sitters, to running the agency, taking over from the late founder, Ludi Botha (May he rest in peace). And we started not only a journey of recovery, but one of growth, development and new vines.
Our 2026
Achievements
This past travel season, we have reached our biggest milestone since 2012! Here are the stats:
- Most bookings – Over 43 bookings!
- Biggest project – We were entrusted to look after a guest house (including management) for 2 months
- 60% Return rate – You trusted us more than once! and we appreciate that!
- New website – Although 14 years late, we finally got a website!
- Joined instagram – Okay we have not posted anything yet but we do have a page! (That counts right?)
- New internal guides and improvements – We run smoother internally, so we can be smoother externally
Our next steps for this year
We plan on expanding! some of our goals for this year is to build partnerships with Lowveld Vets, Security companies and CPF entities so we can be even more prepared in case of emergency, (touch wood, incident free since 2012!)
We already have them all on speed dial and are connected to the Joint Ops Communication, giving us immediate and quick access to all services, but we want to take this further so we can dig deeper and contact vets and security companies in advance, so you don’t have to call and let them know a house sitter will look after the place
